I finally settled on it and had it in two days (no special shipping). I love Cuisinart Toaster Oven Tob-195. I have absolutely no complaints at this point (about one month into it). I guess I should note that there are only myself and my husband in the household. It preheats quickly, I've never had bread so perfectly toasted and the bagel feature toasts them exactly the way I always wanted them but couldn't get, crisp on top but not toasted hard all the way through.

I have baked several casseroles. I started them covered to avoid overbrowning but they cook great. I made pita pizzas last night with Cuisinart Toaster Oven Tob-195 and they were perfect. 400 on convection setting for 5-8 minutes-yum. I have only used my large oven one time and that was out of habit. It has taken time to learn how long and how hot to cook things but I would expect that. As a busy working Mom Cuisinart Toaster Oven Tob-195 is the best thing I have ever bought. I have even made a pie in this beauty. Heats up fast and works great. Worked well with the Thanksgiving turkey when I needed to get the rolls going. I highly recommend Cuisinart Toaster Oven Tob-195. The only thing this lacks is a shelf that slides out when you open the door.

I purchased Cuisinart Toaster Oven Tob-195 because of a recommendation of a friend. I have just started using it and find that is really a great addition to my kitchen. I have never used a convection oven prior to this and find it very convenient. Cuisinart Toaster Oven Tob-195 Faster cooking. The unit preheats quickly. Living in AZ I am looking forward to using it rather than my full size oven. Less time to preheat. Less additional heat in the kitchen and I can use it on the patio if I care to.
